Ingrdients:
Skim Milk, Yogurt, Blue Spirulina Powder, Mango Powder.
Directions:
Add contents to bowl/jug, pour 200ml of water at room temp and whisk until combined.
Serve 1/2 at a time, or pour into molds and freeze for a tasty treat.
Add less liquid if you want a thicker consistency, still only serve 1/2 at a time.
